We are the one community for all, we support our community through:
- supporting individuals through accredited information, advice and guidance
- facilitating a range of community activities and learning opportunities
- acting as a bridge between mainstream services and our diverse communities

Our History
LEAN was established in 2021 to support culturally diverse communities within Lincoln.
Lean Launch event was held on Monday 7th of November 2022 with participants from local communities, public service providers and funders.
GYROS
GYROS (Great Yarmouth Refugee Outreach & Support) is a multi-lingual Human Rights charity currently supporting LEAN to establish in Lincoln
GYROS offer accredited advice; facilitate community activities and undertake research into migrant populations in the East of England.
We are currently sharing knowledge and expertise to build LEAN into a thriving local resource for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities in Lincoln.
